Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds is the solo project of British musician Noel Ghallagher, who is best-known as the former lead guitarist and primary songwriter of Oasis. After helping to forge the Britpop movement of the early 1990s with Oasis, Gallagher left the band in 2009 at the height of its career due to the constant feuding between him and his brother Liam. Gallagher returned to the studio in 2010 as a solo artist and eventually released a self-titled album as Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds in 2011. Keeping his signature guitar style and pushing alternative rock into the future, he continues to tour and release new music, including the 2015 LP, Chasing Yesterday.
