We Came as Romans

Because the Michigan based metalcore band We Came as Romans spouts positive messages in its music, many have commonly referred to the music the group makes as Christian. The band claims to be non-religious, though, and decries being labeled as such. One member of the group was quoted as saying, "Our music, as a whole, has a positive message to it, and there aren't a whole lot of bands with a positive message who aren't Christian bands." So, to review and set the record straight, We Came as Romans is not a Christian band but its lyrics are positive.
