The Hold Steady

Considered somewhat of a sleeper-sensation, the New York based indie rock outfit The Hold Steady has surpassed its expectations and become one of the more prominent bands amid alternative rock circles. Formed in 2004, the group has paid its dues with numerous slots opening up for popular bands and after releasing consecutively progressing albums - the group has proven itself as an important band of its generation.
