When an American band is more popular in Europe than it is in the United States it typically says something about the group's music. Typically, groups that do well in Europe are a bit more keen to indulge in their fey side and are unbudgingly stoked to make sure that they are not looking to stoke the fire for any mid-westerners who are looking for subject material on their next conversation about how most modern rockstars are "just a bunch of fags." One group that has achieved greater success in England than it has in the U.S. is the Tennessee indie rock outfit The Features. The group has been at it since 1994 but has found little commercial success on its native soil. In Brittan, though, the group is quite popular and always is rewarded when throngs of fans show up to its U.K. tours.
