Hailing from the remote Isle of Wight in the UK, Martin Newnham moved to London to pursue music. In 2004, he recorded his first track, "Going Home." Though he mainly chooses the guitar on which to play his folk-centric rock music, Newnham is versed in a variety of musical instruments. His stirring and capable voice compliments his original and soulful music. He has played in some of the major venues in London, bringing his textured but confessional-style folk to audiences on the scene.
