Omnium Gatherum

Formed in Karhula, Finland in 1996, Omnium Gatherum has enjoyed a good deal of fame throughout Europe and the US, despite an almost constantly changing lineup. The six-piece performs a distinct style that of melodic death metal that incorporates folk-style lyrics that tell stories and recite poetry. As the band has progressed, it has included more influences from metal subgenres, including speed, black and thrash metal, only gaining more and more fans along the way.
