Growing up in a family of highly respected jazz musicians, Kevin Eubanks, fittingly, followed in his family's footsteps and attended Berklee College of Music, studying the guitar. After graduation, Eubanks picked up gigs playing with many of New York's jazz stalwarts, formed his own quartet, then wound up as the leader of Jay Leno's nightly band. This leading position garnered Eubank connections to Hollywood and has allowed him to compose for a wide array of films and television programs. In 2011, the diverse jazz musician quit the Leno show and began working on a solo album, which was released with much acclaim.
