Zoot Woman

Zoot Woman is a electronic music outfit that emerged out of the UK in 1996. Based in Reading, the group releasedd its debut album, Living in a Magazine, in 2001 and quickly established itself in the local music community with a bright, synthpop style. Digging into deeper territory for its self-titled follow up, the band expanded its following with a more dynamic sound during the 2000s, taking its time between releases and fully utilizing the melodies and voice of Johnny Blake. Zoot Woman dropped its fourth studio album, Star Climbing, in 2014.
