Apulanta is a Finnish rock band that began initially in 1991 as a punk rock act. They quickly got famous with their punk / grunge sound, but they slowly changed their style to a heavier rock and more serious, darker lyrics in 2004. The band is one of the most famous rock groups in Finland and performs regularly in major festivals.
