Johannes Strate

Hamburg, Germany-based singer/songwriter Johannes Strate got his start as the frontman for the German quintet Revolverheld. Similar in style to Strate's own music, the band explored the more introspective emo styles of punk and pop. Strate's solo work is still decidedly emotive in subject matter, however he has significantly stripped down his solo work to add an even more personal element to his music.
