Patricia Giovanna Cantú Velasco, often professionally referred to as Paty Cantú, is a Mexican pop singer and songwriter. Born November 25, 1983, in Guadalajara, Mexico, she was part of the duo Lu for several years. She started her solo career, performing the opening act for Aleks Syntek, and recorded her first album in 2009.
