Vato Gonzalez is a Dutch DJ and producer who is widely seen as the founder of the Dirty House movement. Vato Gonzalez' break through came in 2007, when he spread out his first Dirty House mixtape. Evidently, the combination of the fast-pace mixes and his rebellious image soon gained ground in the Netherlands. Building upon his early successes, he took the brand to the next level with Dirty House events, selling out parties and festivals. Gonzalez became popular across the borders in 2011, when "Badman Riddim" charted in the United Kingdom and grew into a huge summer hit world-wide. In the following year, the Dutch DJ released countless remixes, a new edition of the mixtape series and a club hit with "Not A Saint," a collaboration with British hip-hop artists Lethal Bizzle and Donae'o.
