One of the pioneers of drum and bass music, Andrew Williams is an electronic music producer from London who operates under the pseudonym Shy FX. Though he was still relatively unknown after releasing his debut album Jungle Love, in 1992, he rose out of the underground scene soon after with his 1994 hit, "Original Nuttah." He is well known for his various collaborations with fellow producer T Power, as Ebony Dubsters or simply as Shy FX & T Power. The duo's 2001 breakthrough song "Shake Ur Body," helped usher drum and bass into clubs as a mainstream genre and the subsequent 2005 album Diary of a Digital Sound Boy, propelled the two producers to the forefront of London's dance music scene. Shy FX also started his own label Digital Soundboy Recordings in 2005, and has since been distributing the music of up and coming artists, as well as his own, while working as a producer for acts such as Dizzee Rascal.
