Lush

Lush is an alternative rock group that formed in 1987 as one of the pioneers of shoegaze. After releasing a mini album and a full-length debut, 1992's Spooky, the band shifted its sonic focus to include more elements of Britpop. Despite being critically lauded for its imaginative yet catchy soundscapes, Lush released its final album Lovelife, in 1996 before disbanding in 1998. Nearly two decades later, the band announced its reunion in 2015 and quickly rounded up a re-energized following with tour dates and a 2016 EP titled Blind Spot.
