B. Dolan

Truly dedicated to the importance of the lyrical depth that exists as part of hip-hop's core, B. Dolan is a poet, rapper, spoken word and performance artist based out of Hanton City, Rhode Island. As a hip-hop artist, Dolan's beats alternate between the spacey and strange, to the more straight-forward fare of modern rap music. His vocal delivery is somewhat aggressive, but it's his storytelling abilities that really place him within a unique niche of lyric-first alternative hip-hop artists. In addition to his music and poetry, Dolan is heavily involved in social activism and has been known to frequently perform benefits to promote gay rights and combat homophobia.
