Originally a duo from Chicago, The Handcuffs are headed by singer Chloe F. Orwell and drummer Brad Elvis's raw energy and pure rock music style. To form a fully-functioning band, they are joined by Emily Togni, Ellis Clark and Alison Hinderliter. Since the release of their debut album, Model for a Revolution, the band has developed a reputation for putting on sexy and raucous live performances. The Handcuff's third studio album, Waiting for the Robot, was released in 2011.
