Peter Elkas

With his smooth, soulful voice and breezy folk-pop, Peter Elkas has become a staple on the French-Canadian singer/songwriter circuit. He entered the music scene as a teenager by joining Local Rabbits, a band from his hometown of Montreal that he would play with for over 12 years. As a solo performer, Elkas pens breezy folk-infused pop-rock songs that would sound right at home nestled up on the radio alongside contemporaries like Jack Johnson, Ben Harper and Matt Costa. Now based out of Toronto, Elkas released his third album, Repeat Offender, in 2011.
