Xeno and Oaklander

Xeno and Oaklander is a minimal electronic music duo from Brooklyn, New York that has joined the burgeoning minimal wave movement on the indie music scene today. Choosing to rely purely upon non-digital instruments and equipment when creating music, Xeno and Oaklander strictly rely instead on the now "historical" electronic equipment used for the creation of synthpop music of the 1980s. With the release of the duo's debut album Sentinelle, which has been celebrated by many critics and music blogs as being beautiful in its dark minimalism, and a brilliant first outing by the Brooklyn duo that knows how to put their all into the recording process.
