In an attempt to reinvent the reggae style, Heavyweight Dub Champion interjects elements of modern electronic production into songs that have strong instrumental ties to reggae. The group resides in San Francisco and has been making a name for itself with engulfing live shows that highlight the group's ability to fuse live instrumentation with pre-programed electronic production.
