Watching the fog roll past the Golden Gate Bridge and into the San Francisco Bay, influenced a generation of artists who had their heyday during the psych-rock movement in the '60s. The fog is still pouring in though and its starting to inspire a new generation of San Francisco musicians. The Bay Area based Guns for San Sebastian is one of these new pioneers of the classic San Francisco sound and although the group's music pulls heavily from '60s and '70s style guitar rock, the band also incorporate distinct modern elements that set the group apart, marking it as something more than an imitation of sounds of the past.
