Born on the wrong side of the tracks, all Johnny has in the world is his mother, a part time prostitute. Then Johnny steals a guitar and starts his own band, the Prophets of Doom. Spotting young talent, the corrupt parish priest Father MacLean takes an interest in Johnny and the band and becomes their agent. From here, Johnny tangles with the dark underbelly of authority in this satirical musical written by Daniel Abineri.
