Starz

Starz is a heavy metal band from New Jersey that initially operated between 1975 and 1979. The power pop-influenced band has released four albums since 1976, before suddenly breaking up. The band is often recognized as a major influence of glam metal outfits such as Motley Crue, Poison and Twisted Sister. Starz reunited in 2003 and began playing its first live shows since the 1980 farewell tour, resulting in live albums such as 2004's Greatest Hits Live, and 2006's Double Live.
