Within a remarkably short time of their formation, My Arcadia made significant strides in the music industry. Recording an EP with acclaimed emo-pop producer Paul Leavitt and embarking on an East Coast tour as an opening act, the Bronx-based band swiftly garnered attention. PureVolume recognized their talent, naming them one of the Top 20 Unsigned Artists of 2009. Lead singer Jacqui Sandell's captivating presence, coupled with her vocal resonance reminiscent of Paramore's Hayley Williams, played a significant role in establishing My Arcadia's appeal. Supported by bandmates Mike Costello, Chris Golom, Chris Ragone, and Alex Cahill, the band's robust pop sound solidified their growing fan base, leading to a coveted spot on the renowned Warped Tour in 2011.
