José María Sanz Beltrán, also known as Loquillo, is a Spanish rockabilly singer born in 1961 in Barcelona. His style, both in his fashion and music, emulate that of rock 'n roll icon Elvis. Loquillo has been a part of several different bands throughout his musical career, after releasing his first solo album, Los tiempos están cambiando (Times Are Changing) in 1980.
