Michelle Wright

Michelle Wright country music artist from Ontario, Canada who rose to attention in 1990 with the single "New Kind of Love." The song catapulted her into the national spotlight in her home country as well as in the US. With subsequent singles like "Nobody's Girl" and hit albums such as 1994's The Reason Why, she became the unequivocal country music darling of the decade. Staying true to her country roots, Wright continued to release albums into the 21st century, including the 2006 LP Everything and More, and 2013's Strong.
