Meschiya Lake and the Little Big Horns is a New Orleans-based outfit that stays true to its city's legacy of jazz excellence. With a dance-inducing blend of classic and modern jazz elements, the group, led by renowned vocalist Meschiya Lake, released its debut album Lucky Devil, in 2010. Honing a big band style instead of hiding behind a retro aesthetic, Meschiya Lake and the Little Big Horns continues to usher New Orleans jazz into a new generation with records such as 2013's Fooler's Gold.
