Jim Lauderdale

North Carolina recording artist and songwriter Jim Lauderdale is one of country and bluegrass' most influential figures. Considered a top songwriter in Nashville's rich music community, artists like The Dixie Chicks, George Jones, Lee Ann Womack, and George Strait. Given Lauderdale's work with some country's greatest singers, it's no surprise that his own music is just as special. Lauderdale is a frequent guest at some of North America's top bluegrass festivals and is often a guest at the legendary Grand Ol' Opry.
