Zebrahead

Based in La Habra, CA Zebrahead is a five-member band that blends pop punk and rap into one cohesive style. The band was formed in 1996 by Ben Osmundson, Greg Bergdorf, Ed Udhus, and Justin Mauriello. Going beyond the ska punk style that dominated in the mid-1990s, Zebrahead stood out for its integration of hip-hop and rap into its sound, particularly after adding rapper Ali Tabatabaee into the mix. The band released its debut album, Yellow, in 1998 to critical acclaim.
