Faster Pussycat

Faster Pussycat is a glam metal band that was formed in Los Angeles in 1986. Welding hard rock, heavy metal and punk rock onto a glittery glam foundation, the band dropped its self-titled debut album in 1987 with Elektra Records. After two more records, the band split up in 1993 as its members focused on various other projects. Faster Pussycat reformed in 2001 with a revamped industrial rock style and eventually released its first album in over a decade, The Power and the Glory Hole, in 2006.
