Javier Corcobado is a musician and poet who was born in Frankfurt, Germany but raised in Madrid, Spain. He started playing music professionally in the early 1980s in lesser known underground bands. With the band 429 Engaños, he recorded the album Mar otra vez which was highly noted and continues to be popular in Spain and Mexico. His solo debut album No he olvidado cómo jugar embarrado / Fiesta del diablo y el cerdo was released in 1985.
