Csepregi Éva first showcased her talent on a television show in 1972, and later became successful as the lead singer of the groups Neoton and Neoton Família, the first officially-run band in the Communist period. The bands were popular pop bands in the 1970s and 1980s. Éva gained acclaim as an actress as well, performing in serveral theater productions including, "Szép nyári nap" (Beautiful Summer Day).
