Known for his prop-based comedy and outlandish stage persona, Carrot Top has made his way in the entertainment world as an actor, writer and stand-up comedian. With his unmistakable mop of fiery orange hair, Scott Thompson has gone by the stage name Carrot Top since his stand-up debut in the early 1990s. He has since been active in stand-up and television circuits, with appearances, specials and shows on networks such as Comedy Central, Cartoon Network and NBC. He starred in a major studio film in 1998, Chairman of the Board, and has had various residencies in Las Vegas, sharing his self-deprecating sense of humor with audiences.
