Kila

Kila is an Irish folk ensemble that was founded in 1987. The group plays a style of music that blends distinctive Celtic sounds with a diverse array of world music styles to create a unique sonic amalgam. Though the group has released a prodigious number of albums, beginning in 1993 with its debut LP Handel's Fantasy, Kila has primarily defined itself as a live act, with engaging stage shows that highlight the group's instrumental adeptness.
