Los Pericos

In 1986, a group of friends who used to get together to play music ultimately became Los Pericos, the first reggae rock band in Argentina. The group's first record, Los Pericos, was released in 1988 and became Argetina's best-selling album of the year, obtaining a Triple Platinum Award for its 180,000 units sold. In 1994, Rita Marley invited Los Pericos to the Tuff Gong Records' studios, where Bob Marley used to record.
