Before breaking big and becoming one of England's pre-eminent rap talents, Elliot Gleave was just another snot-nosed kid who had dreams and aspirations of cracking it as a big-top rapper. Competing in his first "rap battle" when he was 15, Gleave managed to dissipate the competition and prove his worth as a rhyming wordsmith. Fans of rap music began to take notice and actually listen to what the goofy-looking white kid had to say after he released his well-received 2007 debut LP What We Made. Recognition followed and he also released singles through other labels and has been performing ever since. He has also tried his chance in stand-up comedy.
