Angelic Upstarts

Angelic Upstarts is a punk rock outfit from South Shields, England that is recognized as one of the most prominent Oi! bands to emerge at the end of the 1970s. Powered by a socialist and anti-fascist philosophy, the band captured a dedicated following among the working class of the UK with its debut album Teenage Warning, in 1979, and has since continued to perform and release relevant music well into the 21st century.
