Quatuor Debussy

Quatuor Debussy (Debussy Quartet) is a string quartet from Paris that rose to international prominence following a stream of critically acclaimed performances throughout the 1990s for its uniquely modern take on classical chamber music for strings. As a result of the quartet's grand prize winning performance at some of the world's most renowned chamber music competitions, many have deemed the French string quartet as being "incontestable." Following the quartet's tremendous success as a touring classical music performance ensemble, the four members of Quatuor Debussy have turned to education, developing workshops and concerts to teach and share tis knowledge with a whole new generation of young chamber musicians.
