John Scofield

New York-based guitarist John Scofield is modern jazz guitar master. Scofield has been at the forefront of American fusion jazz since the 1970s and has performed with a wide swath of jazz, funk and jam band elite. Touring nearly non-stop, Scofield is as ubiquitous live as anywhere else, and it is this performance space in which he truly shines. In addition to his busy tour schedule, Scofield is an Adjunct Professor at New York University.
