Daughtry

North Carolina-based Daughtry is the project of American Idol winner Chris Daughtry. Known for his particularly memorable voice and unique songwriting, Daughtry has done quite a bit in a short amount of time. Having only released two albums as of early 2011 since the 2006 self-titled debut, Daughtry and his crew have spent the majority of their time touring throughout the country and world. There is no question that Daughtry's mastery of the pop-friendly alternative rock song has influenced many of the alt-rock success stories of today's current bands within the genre.
