The Danish teens who make up the garage punk band Iceage have no qualms with making music that is often construed as sacrilegious or politically incorrect. Filling tracks off its 2011 debut LP with blunt, no-wave styled guitars, aggressive drums and fairly meditative imagery, the young musicians obviously aren't aiming to please the mainstream, but they have won over a small --though growing--group of fans, nonetheless. Hailed as one of the better punk acts to emerge out of Denmark, Iceage is a band set to build a tremendous underground following if it continues down the path its on.
