Strong Arm Steady

Strong Arm Steady (also referred to as SAS) is an underground hip hop group from Southern California that had its beginnings as a collective of at least eight, but has now settled down with a healthy trio of hip-hop artists that know a thing or two about their craft. Since the group found its stride in 2006, SAS has recorded with some of biggest acts of West Coast rap. The three members of the group also mix and distribute their own tapes in an effort to stay independent from having to rely on DJs to get their name out. Strong Arm Steady's 2010 album release In Search of Stoney Jackson was named by several music publications as being one of the best albums of the year.
