This is the 32nd Anniversary of NERR.
NERRA not-for-profit organization has been formed to organize and host the symposium beginning now and into the future. The objectives of the National Environment and Recreation Research Association are: 1) to foster an interdisciplinary scientific understanding of the relationships between humans and the natural environment in outdoor recreation and tourism-related contexts; 2) to further the application of social science information in natural resource decision-making; and 3) to provide a mechanism for social scientists, resource managers, practitioners, agency personnel, and decision makers to discuss and exchange information and knowledge.
